改革开放以来,我国的对外贸易迅速发展,对推动国内经济增长,促进产业技术水平提高和产业结构优化,改善人民生活起到了重要作用。90年代我国经济将更快、更好地发展,通过发展对外贸易谋求比较利益,自觉有效地参与国际分工和合作,是我国长期发展战略的重要组成部分。我国的对外贸易尽管成就斐然,但问题亦相当多,笔者认为主要有以下三大矛盾需要认真加以分析。
Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of China’s foreign trade has played an important role in promoting domestic economic growth, promoting the improvement of industrial technology levels, optimizing the industrial structure, and improving people’s lives. In the 1990s, China’s economy will develop faster and better. It is an important part of China’s long-term development strategy to seek comparative interests through the development of foreign trade and to participate consciously and effectively in international division of labor and cooperation. Although China’s foreign trade has achieved remarkable success, there are also many problems. The author believes that the following three major contradictions need careful analysis.
