中职院校是我国教育体系内的重要一环,是培养实用型人才的基地,在社会人才的提供、教育的普及方面发挥着重要的作用,为我国经济的发展提供了大量的技术人才。随着人们对中职教育认识的不断增强,中职院校学生也在不断增加,这就对中职院校的管理提出了更高的要求。班主任在学校中身兼两职,教育者与管理者,如何有效地实施管理是一个重要的议题。
Vocational colleges are an important part of our education system and a base for cultivating practical talents. They play an important role in providing social talents and popularizing education. They have provided a large number of technical personnel for the economic development of our country. As people’s awareness of secondary vocational education continues to grow, secondary vocational students are also increasing, which puts forward higher requirements for the management of secondary vocational schools. It is an important topic for the class teacher to hold two posts in the school, educators and managers.
