塞上金鸡展翅凤城百花盛开 9月的塞上,金风送爽,瓜果飘香。第十三届中国金鸡百花电影节将于9月16日至9月19日在银川举办。这是宁夏回族自治区各族人民文化生活中的一件大事,也是推动全区“两个文明”建设的一次重要的活动。宁夏回族自治区党委、政府对举办这一盛会给予了高度重视,并以全力支持银川市把这次盛会办出特色、办出水平,办成一个具有广泛群众性、高雅艺术性,体现浓郁时代特色、电影特色和宁夏地方特色的盛会,为中国电影事业的发展做出积极的贡献。关于电影,大凡与新中国一起成长起来的人都会有这样的感受:曾经一度辉煌的电影目前在人们的心中是越来越失宠了。最近,有这样的说法:电影死了!电影万岁!这不是故弄玄虚,也不是哗众取宠,这是实实在在的两种大众心理,代表了两种人的思想。因为从全球来看,电影业确确实实是在不断地萎缩。不断地走下坡路,我们身边的电影院也在不断地减少和消失。从我记事的时候起,在我脑海里看电影就是一件非常美好的事情。我小的时候堪称是一个名符其实的电影迷,我曾通宵达旦地看过电影,曾为了看一场露天电影跑十几里路,也曾有过在农场的露天场地上,在大雨中头顶一块破雨布和全场的观众一起坚持看完一场《地雷战》的经历。参加工作后,我仍把能看一场电影视为最大的享受,我曾保证平均每星期看一场电影。而现在,我几乎有两年没到电影院里看过一场电影了,这到底说明了什么呢?值此金鸡百花电影节在银川举办的日子,我想我们每一个人是不是都可以反思一下,我们对电影的喜爱还剩下了多少?中国电影业——路在何方? 最后,让我们怀着对电影的深深地执著与热爱寄语这次盛会:但愿塞上金鸡展翅,凤城百花盛开。预祝第十三届金鸡百花电影节取得圆满成功! 策划人:艾琳
