青年是影响当前、决定未来的重要力量。把优秀青年大学生凝聚到党的队伍中来,是高校践行“三个代表”重要思想的重要途径,它具有深远的战略意义和现实意义。发展党员工作的核心是“保证质量”,而“改善结构”和“慎重发展”是对“保证质量”提出的具体要求。文章就新疆农业大学多年来发展大学生党员工作的一些做法和经验进行阐述,为高校更好的做好大学生党员发展工作提供一些参考和依据。
Youth is an important force that affects the present and determines the future. It is an important way for colleges and universities to practice the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ which is of far-reaching strategic and practical significance, by bringing the outstanding young college students into the party ranks. The core of developing the work of Party members is “ensuring the quality,” while “improving the structure” and “developing with caution” are the specific requirements for “quality assurance”. This article elaborates some practices and experiences of Xinjiang Agricultural University in developing college student party members over the years and provides some reference and basis for colleges and universities to do a better job in the development of college student party members.
