目的 评价低能量红激光局部照射 (LPRLI)对血管损伤后重塑模式的影响。方法 雄性新西兰白兔 10 0只 ,随机分为球囊拉伤组和球囊拉伤加激光照射组。球囊拉伤右髂动脉后 ,应用激光球囊照射拉伤局部 ,总的能量密度为 0 9J/cm2 。分别于术后 3天、1周、2周、4周和 8周分批处死动物 ,原位固定后截取病变血管进行病理组织学和免疫组织化学检测。最后 1批动物在取材前进行髂动脉造影。结果 拉伤后 3天单纯拉伤组管腔横截面积和外弹力板围绕面积明显低于激光照射组 ,管腔狭窄程度显著高于激光照射组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;单纯拉伤组术后 2周血管腔横截面积和外弹力膜围绕面积与术后 3天相比有所增大 (P <0 0 5 ) ,血管狭窄程度减轻 (P <0 0 5 ) ,术后 2~ 8周血管腔横截面积和外弹力膜围绕面积均进行性减小 ,狭窄程度逐渐加重 (P <0 0 5 )。在 8周时已显著小于正常血管外弹力膜围绕面积 (P <0 0 5 )。激光组术后 2~ 8周血管狭窄程度无明显变化 (P >0 0 5 ) ,外弹力膜围绕面积进行性增大 ,到术后 8周已显著大于正常血管的外弹力板围绕面积 (P <0 0 5 )。术后 1周内膜加中膜面积两组均出现明显增厚 (P <0 0 5 ) ,从第 2周开始 ,激光组内膜加中膜面积显著小于单纯拉伤组 (P <0 0 5 )。髂动脉造影结果显示 ,?
Objective To evaluate the effect of low energy red laser local irradiation (LPRLI) on the remodeling pattern after vascular injury. Methods One hundred male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into balloon injury group and balloon injury plus laser irradiation group.
