例1:男,3岁,因患急性甲型肝炎一个月(处于恢复期),在乡卫生室将助壮素(1支,2克)误为维丙肝肌注,约2分钟后自感眼前发黑,恶心,流涎,口唇紫绀。随后头不能抬起,全身发软,呼之不应。即刻注射副肾素0.5毫克、氟美松5毫克,未见好转而急送我院。查体:发育正常,口唇紫绀,瞳孔完全散大,呼吸心跳停止。即予胸外心脏按压、人工呼吸、心内注射三联针等,抢救无效,死亡。
