研究了基于有限元优化技术的矿用三轮汽车车架结构设计。针对矿用三轮汽车车架结构强度不足的问题,研究了三轮汽车工作过程中承受的载荷,分析了车架结构在该载荷下的强度,阐明了车架结构强度不足的内在机理,并借助于Opti Struct软件,实现了三轮汽车车架结构的拓扑优化设计。优化后的车架结构既加强了车架的强度,又减轻了车架的重量,为矿用三轮汽车的设计和优化提供了理论依据和技术支撑。
The frame structure design of mine three-wheeled vehicle based on finite element optimization is studied. In order to solve the problem of insufficient frame structure strength of the three-wheeled automobile chassis, the load suffered during the operation of the three-wheeled vehicle is studied. The strength of the frame structure under the load is analyzed. The internal mechanism of insufficient frame structure strength is clarified. With the Opti Struct software, a topologically optimized design of the three-wheeled vehicle frame structure is achieved. The optimized frame structure not only strengthens the strength of the frame but also reduces the weight of the frame, which provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the design and optimization of the three-wheeled automobile.
