核测井中由自然伽马能谱测井仪获取的地层天然伽马能谱质量的优劣,关系到地面系统的解谱效果以及实测井的成败,而其核心部件探测器的线性问题将会直接影响伽马能谱的质量。通过分析仪器非线性原因,找出主要影响因素并对探测器的线性进行了改进,以此来提高自然伽马能谱测井仪的测井质量。
The quality of natural gamma ray spectra obtained from natural gamma ray logging tools in nuclear logging is related to the solution spectrum effect of ground systems and the success of actual logging wells. However, the linear problems of detectors of core components Will directly affect the quality of gamma spectroscopy.
