目的 探讨初中教师心理健康与学校组织气氛的相关。方法 采用随机分层整群抽样方法,抽取郴州市27所初中教师245人,用SCL-90量表和学校组织气氛量表进行调查。结果 ①学校管理气氛与教师心理疾病中的敌意因子,学习气氛与强迫、人际敏感、焦虑和敌意因子具有显著的正相关,即学校组织管理气氛和学习气氛是教师心理疾病的显著诱因。②教师心理疾病各因子与学校组织人际气氛具有负相关,表明学校组织中的人际气氛是教师心理健康的正面因子。③不同组织气氛的学校,其教师心理健康水平差异显著。
Objective To explore the correlation between junior middle school teachers’ psychological health and the school organizational atmosphere. Methods A random stratified cluster sampling method was used to extract 245 junior middle school teachers from 27 teachers in Chenzhou City. SCL-90 scale and school tissue atmosphere scale were used to investigate. Results ① There was a significant positive correlation between the hostile factors in the school management atmosphere and teachers ’mental illness, the learning atmosphere and compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety and hostility factors, that is, the school management atmosphere and learning atmosphere were the significant inducement factors of teachers’ mental diseases. ② The factors of teachers ’mental illness are negatively correlated with the interpersonal atmosphere of the school organization, indicating that the interpersonal atmosphere in the school organization is a positive factor of teachers’ mental health. (3) There are significant differences in the mental health of teachers in different schools.
