心血管铸型是血管铸型标本制作技术中较常见较复杂的一种,此类文献已见报道[1~3].选材方面多采用新鲜材料灌注铸型,材料来源较局限,难以满足研究工作的需要.笔者在以往采用新鲜心脏为材料制作心血管铸型标本(图1)成功的基础上,探索采用防腐固定的心脏材料进行心血管灌注铸型,经反复实验研究,成功灌注出高质量的心血管铸型标本,取得了满意的实验效果.现将方法介绍如下.
