情绪工作是当前研究的一个热点,它强调员工在工作中对自身情绪的管理,它不仅会影响组织的绩效,还会影响员工的身心健康。对于情绪工作心理机制的探索,是处于情绪工作研究的核心地位,对于开展有针对性的干预策略有重要作用。该文主要介绍了Diefen-dorff,Brotheridge,Zapf等人提出的情绪工作心理机制的理论模型,并对其进行总结。
Emotional work is a hot spot in current research. It emphasizes that employees manage their emotions at work. It not only affects the performance of the organization, but also affects the employees’ physical and mental health. The exploration of the psychological mechanism of emotional work is at the core of the study of emotional work and plays an important role in carrying out targeted intervention strategies. This article mainly introduces the theoretical model of psychological mechanism of emotional work proposed by Diefen-dorff, Brotheridge, Zapf and others, and summarizes the theoretical model.
