Miramar Apartments was published in 1967. This is one of his masterpieces since he changed his approach to narratives of the early traditional realism. It reflects the attitude of all walks of life in Egyptian society toward the revolution during the Agrarian Revolution of 1952-1962. The book is divided into five chapters, with the title of four of the seven main characters. Of these, Amir Vojvodz occupies the first two chapters. The second, third and fourth chapters, in turn, were Hosni Alam, Mansour Bashi, and Purcell Bhairi, who introduced themselves in the first person and described together a small apartment in Alexandria - actually a microcosm of Egyptian society - life. Past events vary from person to person, and the reality is that different people stand in their own perspectives. The characteristics of society as a whole are more and more clearly understood and the characters are becoming more and more full. Critics consider the novel to have symbolic significance, with the main character, Zeera, the maid of the apartment, actually representing Egypt. Someone accused the author of attacking the 1952 Egyptian revolution. The author argues that during the process of the emergence and development of the revolution, there were indeed mixed speculators. His task was to warn people to be vigilant against speculative revolutionaries for the victory of victory. He pointed out that in any period of social change, there are speculators. editor
