目的:在儿科护理过程中强化关键环节的管理,探究其临床护理效果。方法:从浙江省绍兴市妇幼保健院儿科2013年1月~2014年1月期间收治的患者中随机选取120例患者作为研究对象,按照时间先后顺序分为对照组和观察组。比较分析两组患者护理质量、护理满意度以及护理差错情况。结果:对照组患者的护理质量以及护理满意度明显低于观察组(P<0.05),对照组患者在护理过程中出现的护理差错明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:强化关键环节的管理,能够有效提升儿科护理质量和患者满意度,对于避免护理差错有着十分重要的意义。
OBJECTIVE: To strengthen the management of key links in pediatric nursing and explore its clinical nursing effects. Methods: A total of 120 patients were selected randomly from January 2013 to January 2014 in Shaoxing Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Zhejiang Province as subjects, and divided into control group and observation group according to time sequence. A comparative analysis of two groups of patients with quality of care, nursing satisfaction and nursing errors. Results: The nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of patients in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group (P <0.05). Nursing errors in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group (P <0.05). Conclusion: To strengthen the management of key links can effectively improve the quality of pediatric nursing and patient satisfaction, which is of great significance for avoiding nursing mistakes.
