随着我国城镇化建设的快速推进,高度超过150米的超高建筑在迅速发展。超高层建筑电梯安装由于技术难度复杂程度大大增加,更需要对具体项目每一项进行风险评价,从而降低风险。本文针对具体超高层项目中采用风险矩阵图在无脚手架电梯安装工程中实施风险管理的各项内容进行研究和分析。 With the rapid development of urbanization in our country, super-high buildings with a height exceeding 150 meters are developing rapidly. The installation of elevators in super high-rise buildings is greatly complicated by the complexity of technical difficulties. Therefore, the risk assessment of each item of a specific project needs to be carried out to reduce risks.
