一、引言表面改性技术是目前国内外研究比较活跃的领域之一。在诸多表面改性技术中,化学溶液沉积技术由于工艺简单,镀层性能优越,设备投资少等优点而倍受广大科技工作者的关注。化学镀Ni-P合金层在镀态下有很好的耐蚀性,可耐多种酸、碱、盐的腐蚀。热处理后,由于镀层硬度提高还增加了其耐磨性,已在许多工业部门取得应用。镀层的高耐蚀性和高硬度取决于它的晶体结构和微观组织,而热处理可以使镀层的组织结构发生变化进而影响其性能。本文作者研究了热处理对镀层性能的影响并分析了其可能影响因素。
I. Introduction Surface modification technology is currently one of the most active research areas at home and abroad. Among many surface modification technologies, chemical solution deposition technology has attracted the attention of many scientific and technological workers due to its simple process, superior coating performance and less equipment investment. Electroless plating Ni-P alloy layer in the plating state has good corrosion resistance, resistant to a variety of acid, alkali, salt corrosion. After heat treatment, due to the increased hardness of the coating also increased its wear resistance, has been applied in many industrial sectors. High corrosion resistance and hardness of the coating depends on its crystal structure and microstructure, and the heat treatment can make changes in the structure of the coating and thus affect its performance. The authors studied the effect of heat treatment on the coating properties and analyzed the possible influencing factors.
