对智力残疾学生进行健康教育的实验研究表明 ,由研究者对健康教育课的教师进行巡回指导和集中培训相结合的方式 ,是解决智力残疾学校健康教育师资力量不足的一种可行的方式。健康教育的效果明显 :提高智力残疾学生选择健康行为的主动性 ;基本卫生行为的训练易在低年级进行 ;对“晚上刷牙”行为的形成及“咬指甲”等不良行为的消除则需要较长的时间。借助家庭这一支持系统的力量 ,能使健康教育的效果得到加强。
Experimental research on health education for students with mental disabilities shows that combining the methods of tour instruction and intensive training by teachers in health education classes is a feasible way to solve the shortage of health education teachers in schools with mental disabilities. The effect of health education is obvious: the initiative of students with mental disabilities to choose healthy behaviors is improved; the training of basic health behaviors is easy to be carried out in the lower grades; the formation of “brushing teeth at night” and the elimination of bad behavior such as “biting nails” time. With the power of a family-based support system, the effectiveness of health education can be strengthened.
