目的:对一起疑似食物中毒事件进行流行病学调查,确定中毒原因。方法:开展疑似食物中毒病人流行病学个案调查和现场卫生学调查,对中毒病人和环境样品进行采样,样品参照GB4789.4-2010食品卫生微生物学检验沙门氏菌检验等标准进行检验。结果:从剩余食物和患者样品中均检出肠炎沙门氏菌。结论:经流行病学调查、卫生学调查及病人临床表现以及实验室检验结果综合分析,确定为一起由肠炎沙门氏菌引起的食物中毒事件。
OBJECTIVE: To conduct a epidemiological investigation of a suspected food poisoning incident to determine the cause of poisoning. Methods: To carry out epidemiological investigation and field health survey of patients suspected of food poisoning, samples of poisoned patients and environmental samples were collected. The samples were tested according to GB4789.4-2010 food hygiene microbiology test Salmonella test and other standards. Results: Salmonella enteritidis was detected from the remaining food and patient samples. Conclusion: The results of epidemiological investigation, health survey and clinical manifestations of patients and laboratory test results comprehensive analysis identified as a food poisoning caused by Salmonella enteritidis.
