古代典籍是中华优秀传统文化的重要载体,典籍注释对于促进传统文化的创造性转化和创新性发展有重要意义。加强典籍注释工作,建立典籍注释理论,应对典籍注释的性质有正确的认识。典籍注释虽形式上依附于文本,为典籍作解释,但却是一种特殊的传播方式,是逆向的溯源性传播和顺向的累进式传播的统一;更是一种特殊的著述方式,是有限性著述和间接性著述的统一。对典籍注释性质的准确理解和把握,可以提高注释实践和理论研究的积极性和自觉性,建立科学的注释学学科,促进中华优秀传统文化的传承与创新。
