采用免疫组织化学方法观察了大鼠脑干臂旁核中代谢型谷氨酸受体亚型的分布情况。结果表明 :代谢型谷氨酸受体 1α亚型免疫阳性神经元仅分布于小脑上脚内侧极处 ,外内亚核、外外亚核、内外亚核及腰区中只有弱免疫阳性的神经毡 ;上外亚核、外外亚核及外内亚核中有浓密至中等强度的代谢型谷氨酸受体 5亚型免疫阳性神经毡的分布 ;此外 ,内外亚核中尚有少量代谢型谷氨酸受体 7亚型弱免疫阳性神经元。而代谢型谷氨酸受体 2 /3亚型在臂旁核所有亚核中均未见分布。本研究结果提示不同亚型的代谢型谷氨酸受体可能参与臂旁核对不同生理过程的调控
Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the distribution of metabotropic glutamate receptor subtypes in rat parabrachial nucleus. The results showed that the metabotropic glutamate receptor 1α subtype immunopositive neurons were only distributed in the medial pole of the cerebellar upper quadrant. Only the weakly immunopositive neurons in the outer, inner and outer subnuclear, Felts; there is a dense to moderately intense distribution of metabotropic glutamate receptor subtype 5 immunopositive nerve foramina in the outer outer nuclear, outer outer nuclear and outer outer nuclear; in addition, a small amount of metabolism Glutamate receptor subtype 7 weakly immunopositive neurons. However, metabotropic glutamate receptor subtype 2/3 showed no distribution in all subnuclei of parabrachial nucleus. The results of this study suggest that different subtypes of metabotropic glutamate receptors may participate in the regulation of different physiological processes in the parabrachial nucleus
