本文对板厚3毫米的工业纯钛TAI进行了等离子弧平焊对接工艺试验。在焊接方法、焊接规范、装置等方面进行了试验和选择,其中着重对规范参数(离子气流量、焊接电流、焊速、电弧电压等)进行了试验。文中还推荐了参考规范参数,并与不锈钢作了对比试验。结论为:利用LH-300型等离子弧焊机来焊接薄板钛材和不锈钢是可行的,焊接质量很好,但需严格控制焊接规范和装配质量。
In this paper, 3 mm thickness of industrial pure titanium TAI plasma arc welding butt welding process. The welding methods, welding specifications, devices and other aspects of the test and selection, which focused on the specification parameters (ion flux, welding current, welding speed, arc voltage, etc.) were tested. The paper also recommended reference parameters, and made a comparative test with stainless steel. The conclusion is: LH-300 plasma arc welding machine to weld sheet titanium and stainless steel is feasible, the welding quality is good, but the need to strictly control the welding specifications and assembly quality.
