分析了振动时效与热处理方法去除残余应力的机理差异,结合热处理及振动时效两种方法去除焊接件残余应力效果测试试验,讨论了两种方法对焊缝残余应力的影响;开展了振动时效对三种材料焊接接头力学性能影响的试验研究,得到了振动时效后金属材料的抗拉强度不变或有所增加,材料的塑性指标有较为明显提高的结论,并用位错理论解释了振动时效改善材料力学性能的机理。
The mechanism of removing residual stress by vibration aging and heat treatment is analyzed. Combined with heat treatment and vibration aging, two methods are used to remove the residual stress of the weld. The effects of the two methods on the residual stress of the weld are discussed. The experimental research on the mechanical properties of the welded joints of the materials shows that the tensile strength of the metal material after vibration aging is unchanged or increased, and the plasticity index of the material is obviously improved.
