利用大型有限元分析软件Msc.Marc的直接约束法,建立了某航空减速器弧齿锥齿轮副多齿啮合的三维有限元非线性接触分析模型,该模型可同时实现转矩和运动的传递。基于该模型,对齿轮副进行了一个啮合周期的准静态啮合仿真分析,给出了准静态啮合时轮齿的接触状态、接触应力、齿根弯曲应力及主从动齿轮的转矩和转速随啮合位置变化的规律。分析表明,本文得到的结果非常符合实际啮合规律,也验证了模型的正确性。
Using the direct constraint method of large scale finite element analysis software Msc.Marc, a three-dimensional finite element nonlinear contact analysis model of multi-tooth meshing of aero-reducer bevel gear pair is established. The model can transfer torque and motion at the same time. Based on the model, a quasi-static meshing simulation of gear pair was carried out. The contact state, contact stress, tooth root bending stress and the torque and speed of the driven and driven gears were obtained with quasi-static meshing The change of meshing position. The analysis shows that the results obtained in this paper are in good agreement with the law of actual meshing and the correctness of the model.
