On June 27, 2012, the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between China Ocean Management Philosophy and the first phase special project sponsored by Ocean Consulting Center of SOA and the academic research committee of China Pacific Academy was held in Beijing Hold. Pan Xinchun, director of the State Oceanic Administration Marine Advisory Center, deer Shouben, executive vice president of the China Pacific Institute, Sui Jixue, president of the Ocean Press, and Yang Suihua, editor in chief, attended the meeting.
