陕西省林学会防护林学术讨论会,于10月6日至10日在榆林县举行。参加会议的有林业教学、科研、调查设计、生产管理等方面的专家、教授和工程技术人员共88人。会议收到论文32篇,有14位同志在大会上发了言。省科协陶信镛主席、榆林地区李建树副专员、榆林县冯学富副县长到会并讲了话,林业部“三北”防护林建设局也派员前来指导。会议认真学习了胡耀邦同志视察延安时发表的题为“我对改变中国干旱地区面貌的意见”的重要讲话。一致认为,讲话中提出的减轻干旱、保证农业增产的根本出路“就在于种 Shaanxi Province Forest Society Shelter Forest Symposium, in October 6 to 10 held in Yulin County.
