随着经济一体化的在全球范围内的迅速推及,企业社会责任已成为世界潮流和趋势,社会各界对企业社会责任的关注度越来越高,并进行了逐步深入的研究。国家电网是中国最大也是全球最大的电力管理单位。国家电网现在的公司管理难题就是如何合理分配劳动力,将每个人力资源发展到效益最大化。本文以社会责任为基础来研究国家电网的人力资源管理,通过相关人力资源管理体系的构建对我国企业的人力资源管理提供一些借鉴和启示,这对企业的人力资源管理有着积极的社会意义。
With the rapid global promotion of economic integration, corporate social responsibility has become the trend and trend in the world. All sectors of society are paying more and more attention to corporate social responsibility and have conducted in-depth and in-depth studies. State Grid is China’s largest and the world’s largest power management unit. Nowadays, the difficulty of state management of the State Grid is how to allocate the labor force reasonably and maximize each benefit of human resources. Based on social responsibility, this paper studies the human resource management of State Grid, and provides some references and inspiration for the human resource management of our country through the construction of related human resource management system. It has positive social significance to the human resource management of enterprises.
