自从改革开放以来,我国就出台了很多针对外资的优惠政策,对经济发展形成了好的局面。但在我国陆续引入的外资中,质量好的外资只占少数,而大部分的外资都是以外资独资的形式进驻我国。这些外资看重的是我国的资源,而能够真正达到我国以引进技术为目的的外资少之又少。因此本文要对我国引进的外资进行质量方面的分析。 Since the reform and opening up, China has promulgated many preferential policies for foreign investment and has formed a good situation for economic development. However, among the foreign funds that have been introduced one after another in our country, there are only a few foreign investors with good quality, while most of them are stationed in our country as wholly foreign-owned ones. What these foreign investors value is our country’s resources, and there is very little foreign capital that can really reach our country in order to introduce technology. Therefore, this article should analyze the quality of imported foreign investment in China.
