目的建立同时测定五福化毒丸中靛蓝、靛玉红和甘草酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Eclipse XDB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.2 mol·L~(-1)乙酸铵-冰醋酸(65∶35∶1),流速为1.0 m L·min~(-1),检测波长为288,250 nm,柱温:25℃。结果靛蓝、靛玉红和甘草酸依次在2.501~25.01,0.633~6.330,5.10~51.02μg·m L~(-1)内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数r分别为1.000 0,0.999 5,1.000 0,加样回收率(n=9)分别为98.3%,98.4%和98.2%。结论本方法简便,准确,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of indigo, indirubin and glycyrrhizic acid in Wufu Huadu Pills. Methods The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2 mol·L -1 ammonium acetate-glacial acetic acid (65:35:1) with a mobile phase of XDB-C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) 1.0 m L · min -1, detection wavelength was 288 and 250 nm, column temperature was 25 ℃. RESULTS: Indigo, indirubin and glycyrrhizin showed good linear relationship with peak area in the order of 2.501 ~ 25.01,0.633 ~ 6.330,5.10 ~ 51.02μg · m L -1 with the correlation coefficients r of 1.000 0 and 0.9999 5 , 1.000 0, and the recoveries (n = 9) were 98.3%, 98.4% and 98.2% respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
