中国文化的建设随着经济的不断发展而取得了众多的成果,文化与人民群众间的联系日益紧密。建设基层群众文化能满足群众随着经济增长而增长的精神需求,同时也有利于开展基层思想政治工作、维护社会稳定。本文介绍了完善基层群众文化建设的必要性,阐述了建设基层群众文化现存问题,提出了相应的对策,并就其发展方向进行了探讨。 With the continuous development of economy, the construction of Chinese culture has made numerous achievements and the links between culture and people are getting closer. The construction of grassroots mass culture can meet the spiritual needs of the masses to grow with the growth of the economy. It is also conducive to carrying out ideological and political work at the grass-roots level and safeguarding social stability. This paper introduces the necessity of perfecting the grassroots culture building, expounds the existing problems in building the grassroots mass culture, puts forward corresponding countermeasures and discusses its development direction.
