建国40年来,我国工业结构失衡状况几度出现。近几年,在投资和消费急剧膨胀的压力下,加工工业受到基础产业发展不足的制约,特别是能源、原材料等基础工业的“瓶颈”制约作用日益突出,严重影响整个经济的长期稳定和协调发展。因此,从根本上解决基础工业和加工工业失衡的矛盾,不仅是当前经济结构调整的重要内容,也是保证我国经济持续健康发展的前提条件。
In the 40 years since the founding of New China, the imbalance in China’s industrial structure has been on the rise several times. In recent years, under the pressure of rapid expansion of investment and consumption, the processing industries have been constrained by the development of basic industries. In particular, the “bottleneck” constraints on basic industries such as energy and raw materials have become increasingly prominent, seriously affecting the long-term stability of the entire economy And coordinated development. Therefore, to fundamentally solve the contradiction between the imbalance of basic industries and processing industries is not only an important part of the current economic restructuring, but also a prerequisite for ensuring the sustained and healthy development of our economy.
