推导出了圆形截面钢筋混凝土偏心受压构件正常使用状态下的应力计算公式，并提出了收敛速度很快的迭代计算方法，以便设计人员在抗裂分析中参考使用。
The stress calculation formula for circular section reinforced concrete eccentric compression members under normal operating conditions was deduced, and an iterative calculation method with fast convergence rate was proposed, so that the designers could refer to the crack resistance analysis.
