压力管道越来越广泛应用于石油、化工、热电、供水及供热等行业。本项目通过建立有效的数学模型,针对金属管道设计了磁致伸缩超声检测装置,然后利用激励传感器、接收传感器和磁致伸缩检测仪等装置对管道末端的导波进行检测,通过数据分析,得到了钢管的长度和缺陷位置信息,验证了该检测装置的实用性。
Pressure pipes are more and more widely used in petroleum, chemical, thermal power, water supply and heating industries. The project designs a magnetostrictive ultrasonic testing device for the metal pipelines by establishing an effective mathematical model, and then detects the guided wave at the end of the pipelines by means of excitation sensors, receiving sensors and magnetostrictive detectors, etc. Through data analysis, The length and defect location information of the steel pipe verified the practicability of the testing device.
