以秸秆粉碎还田机甩刀为例，对６５Ｍｎ钢的冲击韧性进行了系统研究，经大量试验和生产考核，优化工艺参数，确定了６５Ｍｎ钢强韧化处理工艺方案，在保持其较高硬度的同时，大幅度地提高了冲击韧性。该处理工艺已在生产中推广应用，并获得了很好的经济效益。
