以秸秆粉碎还田机甩刀为例,对65Mn钢的冲击韧性进行了系统研究,经大量试验和生产考核,优化工艺参数,确定了65Mn钢强韧化处理工艺方案,在保持其较高硬度的同时,大幅度地提高了冲击韧性。该处理工艺已在生产中推广应用,并获得了很好的经济效益。
Take the straw crushing and returning machine as an example, the impact toughness of 65Mn steel was systematically studied.
