为了交流各地农村小学作文教学经验,促进农村小学作文教学改革的深入发展,中央教科所、文心出版社、山东省烟台市教研室、烟台市福山区教研室于1986年12月10日至14日在烟台市福山区召开了全国农村小学作文经验交流会.26个省、市、自治区的380多名代表出席了会议.这次会议对推动农村小学作文教改有重大意义.会议本着“面向农村,发现人才,加强研究,促进改革”的宗旨,交流了农村小学作文教改经验,并对农村小学作文教学的现状、指导思想、一般规律、课堂结构,作文训练的目标等问题进行了认真的研究和探讨 归纳如下:一,目前农村小学作文教学的现状这需要联系农村的经济、文化基础、教学条件等因素来分析.我国地域辽阔,各民族之间、地区之间经济文化基础差异很大,教育发展很不平衡.总的来说农村的经济没有城市活,信息较闭塞,摄
In order to exchange experiences in teaching writing in rural primary schools and promote the further development of teaching reforms in rural primary schools, the Central Institute of Education, Wenxin Publishing House, Yantai City Teaching and Research Office of Yantai City, and Fushan District Teaching Office of Yantai City were from December 10 to December 14, 1986. In Fushan District, Yantai City, a national rural elementary school composition experience exchange meeting was held. More than 380 delegates from 26 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions attended the conference. This conference is of great significance to promote the teaching reform of rural primary schools. The conference is oriented towards rural areas. The purpose of discovering talents, strengthening research, and promoting reforms, exchanged experience in teaching reforms in rural primary schools, and conducted serious research on the current situation, guiding ideology, general rules, classroom structure, and goals of composition training in rural primary school teaching. The discussion is summarized as follows: First, the current situation of rural primary school composition teaching needs to be analyzed in relation to the factors of economy, culture, and teaching conditions in rural areas. China has a vast territory, and the economic and cultural bases differ greatly among different ethnic groups and regions. The development is not balanced. Generally speaking, the rural economy has no cities, and information is more obstructed.
