目的 观察肤宁冲剂对Ⅰ型和Ⅳ型变态反应动物模型的影响 ,初步探讨其治疗过敏性皮肤病的作用机理。方法 将致敏大鼠的血清皮内注射于正常大鼠的背部 ,使之被动致敏。分别灌服醋酸泼尼松片水溶液及肤宁冲剂 ,抗原攻击并注入伊文思蓝 ,测定渗出的蓝斑直径。对 2 ,4-二硝基氯苯 (DNCB)致小鼠耳廓皮肤迟发型超敏反应 (DTH) ,分别灌服醋酸泼尼松片水溶液及肤宁冲剂 ,测定耳廓肿胀度及脾指数。结果 该冲剂能明显缩小大鼠的蓝斑直径及小鼠耳廓肿胀度 ,且不减少其脾指数。结论 肤宁冲剂能抑制Ⅰ型和Ⅳ型变态反应。
Objective To observe the effects of the skin granules on the animal models of allergic reactions of Type I and Type IV, and to explore the mechanism of its action on allergic skin diseases. Methods Serum from sensitized rats was injected intradermally into the back of normal rats to make them passively sensitized. An aqueous solution of prednisone acetate and a tablet of granules were administered. The antigen was challenged and injected into Evans Blue to determine the diameter of the exuded blue spot. Auricular delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) was induced by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) in mice. A prednisone acetate aqueous solution and a skin granule were administered respectively to measure the degree of ear swelling and spleen index. . RESULTS: The granules significantly reduced the diameter of blue spots in rats and the degree of swelling in the ear of mice without reducing its spleen index. Conclusion The skin granules can inhibit type I and type IV allergic reactions.
