1病例报告患者,女,81岁。于2014年6月因脑梗塞、肺内积水入院。患者同时有分泌性中耳炎,有高血压病史,并于2007年放置心脏支架。术前体检过程中发现其左侧鼻腔有异物,后经鼻腔镜取出部分炎症组织,送我教研室鉴定。在石蜡包埋的病例切片标本中含有3只果蝇成虫。虫体长约3mm,具有硕大的红色复眼。在石蜡切片制作过程中,虫体头部被不慎切断。虫体末端尖,背面具5节环纹,未见黑斑;虫体腹片有7节,足Ⅰ跗节基部未见性梳,
1 case report patient, female, 81 years old. In June 2014 due to cerebral infarction, hydrocephalus admitted to the lungs. Patients also had secretory otitis media, a history of hypertension, and in 2007 placed heart stents. Preoperative physical examination found that the left nasal foreign body, nasal endoscopic removal of part of the inflammatory tissue, sent to my teaching room identification. In paraffin-embedded case-cut specimens, there are 3 adult Drosophila. Insects about 3mm, with huge red compound eyes. Paraffin slices in the production process, insects head was accidentally cut off. The end of the worm body tip, abaxially with 5 rings, no dark spots; worm abdominal section has 7 sections,
