目的研究双氯芬酸钠低剂量低浓度局部应用的抗炎镇痛作用及黏膜刺激作用。方法观察双氯芬酸钠低剂量低浓度腹腔给药对醋酸致小鼠扭体作用及毛细血管通透性增加的影响,局部给药对大鼠棉球肉芽形成的影响,局部长时间接触对的刺激作用。结果双氯芬酸钠低剂量低浓度给药可明显抑制醋酸致小鼠扭体反应,减轻醋酸致毛细血管通透性的增加,抑制棉球肉芽肿的形成,对黏膜无明显刺激作用。结论双氯芬酸钠低剂量低浓度局部应用具有较强的抗炎镇痛效应,无明显黏膜刺激作用。口含片用于口腔小手术后抗炎镇痛将既可保证具有较好的疗效,又能降低传统给药剂量时出现的不良反应。
Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect and mucosal stimulation of diclofenac sodium in local application at low and low concentration. Methods To observe the effects of diclofenac sodium in low concentration and low concentration intraperitoneally on writhing effect and capillary permeability in mice induced by acetic acid. The effects of topical administration on granulation formation of cotton ball and local stimulation of long-term exposure were observed . Results Diclofenac low dose low concentration can significantly inhibit the writhing reaction induced by acetic acid in mice, reduce the increase of capillary permeability caused by acetic acid, inhibit the formation of granuloma of cotton ball and have no significant stimulation on mucosa. Conclusion Diclofenac low-dose low-concentration topical application has strong anti-inflammatory analgesic effect, no obvious mucosal irritation. Oral buccal tablets for postoperative oral anti-inflammatory analgesic will not only ensure good efficacy, but also reduce the traditional dose of adverse reactions occur.
