在现今的教育情形下成人教育在众多普通高校中已经是很常见的了,但事实上多数高校设立成人教育的目的在于增加学校收入以及分流部分教职工。此种一举两得的结果促使越来越多的高校开设成人教育却不注重教学质量,在教育管理方面仍然沿用传统模式而不重视创新。再加上成人教育文凭在社会上缺乏信誉度与竞争力,因此普通高校成人教育管理改革势在必行。成人教育管理存在的问题,有待解决。
Adult education is common in many colleges and universities in today’s education. However, most colleges and universities set up adult education to increase their school income and divert some of their staff. As a result of this double-track result, more and more colleges and universities offer adult education without paying attention to the quality of teaching, and still follow the traditional mode in education management without paying much attention to innovation. Coupled with the adult education diploma in the community lack of credibility and competitiveness, so the reform of adult education in colleges and universities is imperative. The problems in adult education management have yet to be solved.
