今年以来,面对经济下行压力较大的形势,各地各部门切实发挥社会事业和产业在补短板、惠民生、扩需求、促发展方面的积极作用,努力打造公共产品和公共服务新引擎,积极培育和催生经济社会发展新动力,推动社会各领域取得了较快发展。下一步,应加紧编制“十三五”社会领域规划、优化整合社会领域中央投资专项、增加公共产品和公共服务供给、积极培育壮大新的消费增长点、打造社会领域产业发展新引擎。
