中小学校长培训工作直接关系着校长队伍的素质提升和专业化成长。以重庆市为例围绕校长培训面临的国家和本市基础教育新态势,分析已取得的创新与经验,探索有效的中小学校长培训的系统策略,有助于实现重庆市基础教育的统筹均衡发展。
The training of primary and secondary school principals is directly related to the quality improvement and professional growth of the team of principals. Taking Chongqing as an example, this paper focuses on the new situation of basic education in the country and the municipality faced by principals training, analyzes the innovations and experiences gained and explores the effective system strategies for the training of primary and secondary school principals, which is conducive to the overall balanced development of basic education in Chongqing .
