手足口病(HFMD)是由多种肠道病毒(包括EV71病毒、柯萨奇A16型病毒等)引起的婴幼儿常见传染病,该病可在多个年龄组人群引起感染,但在5岁以下婴幼儿中易发生暴发流行[1]。EV71病毒是目前常见的手足口病流行病毒,因患儿发病较严重,并多伴发轻重程度不等的中枢神经系统症状,而受到人们的关注[2]。卫生部于2008年5月2日将手足口病纳入《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》规定的丙类传染病进行管理。为了解其发病水平及流行特征,为今后防治策略和规划提供科学依据,现对宜昌市2008-2012年手足口病的流行特征进行分析。
Hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) is a common infectious disease of infants and young children caused by various enteroviruses (including EV71 virus and Coxsackie virus A16). The disease can cause infection in many age groups. However, at the age of 5 The following infants and young children prone to outbreaks [1]. EV71 virus is a common hand, foot and mouth disease epidemic virus, due to more severe onset of the disease, and more accompanied by varying degrees of severity of central nervous system symptoms, and by the people’s attention [2]. On May 2, 2008, the Ministry of Health put Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease into the Category-C infectious diseases stipulated in Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases. In order to understand its incidence and epidemiological characteristics and provide a scientific basis for future prevention and control strategies and planning, the epidemiological characteristics of HFMD in Yichang from 2008 to 2012 are analyzed.
