目的:研究陇南铅锌矿业环境对陇南茶叶的安全性影响的可能性因素。方法:采集了陇南地区的9个产茶乡镇的124份茶叶样品,测定铅、锌、铜、铁、锰含量,与外地茶叶样品检测比对。结果:陇南茶叶Cu、Fe、Pb、Zn、Mn的RSD范围分别为30.88±7.22、19.92±5.34、67.88±10.15、17.02±2.11、15.70±2.33。铅和铜元素含量变化较大,另一矿区特征元素锌的含量变化相对稳定。未检出铅元素的样品出现在距离铅锌矿区不同半径区域环境。结论:铅和铜含量的大范围的变化,可能是茶叶生产中不规范操作等污染因素造成的差异。陇南某些茶叶品种未检出Pb污染物;相比之下当地其它茶叶在污染物的控制方面还有一定差距。
Objective: To study the possible factors that affect the safety of Longnan lead and zinc mining industry in Longnan tea. Methods: A total of 124 samples of tea from 9 producing tea townships in Longnan were collected and their contents of lead, zinc, copper, iron and manganese were determined and compared with that of tea samples from other provinces. Results: The RSD ranges of Cu, Fe, Pb, Zn and Mn in Longnan tea were 30.88 ± 7.22,19.92 ± 5.34,67.88 ± 10.15,17.02 ± 2.11,15.70 ± 2.33, respectively. The content of lead and copper changed greatly, and the content of the characteristic element zinc in the other mining area changed relatively stable. Lead samples were not detected in the sample from a different radius of lead-zinc area environment. Conclusion: The wide range of changes in lead and copper contents may be due to the pollution caused by non-standard operation in tea production. Some Longnan tea varieties did not detect Pb pollutants; compared to other local tea in the control of pollutants there is a certain gap.
