目的探讨Ezrin在正常胰腺组织、胰腺癌组织及胰腺囊腺瘤中的表达及其表达与胰腺癌侵袭转移的关系。方法用两步免疫组织化学染色法检测13例正常胰腺,34例胰腺癌及24例胰腺囊腺瘤组织中Ezrin的表达。结果Ezrin在正常胰腺、胰腺囊腺瘤及胰腺癌的细胞膜强阳性表达率分别为0%,12.5%和32.4%,各组织中Ezrin的表达差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ezrin表达强度与肿瘤分化程度、临床分期和有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论Ezrin在细胞膜的高表达与胰腺癌的发生及侵袭转移关系密切,Ezrin可能是影响胰腺癌患者预后及癌细胞转移的一个重要因素。
Objective To investigate the expression of Ezrin in normal pancreatic tissue, pancreatic carcinoma and pancreatic cystadenoma and its relationship with the invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer. Methods The expression of Ezrin in 13 cases of normal pancreas, 34 cases of pancreatic carcinoma and 24 cases of pancreatic cystadenoma was detected by two-step immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive expression rates of Ezrin in normal pancreas, pancreatic cystadenoma and pancreatic adenocarcinoma were 0%, 12.5% and 32.4%, respectively. There was significant difference in the expression of Ezrin in each group (P <0.05). Ezrin expression intensity correlated with tumor differentiation, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusion The high expression of Ezrin in the cell membrane is closely related to the occurrence and invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer. Ezrin may be an important factor affecting the prognosis and metastasis of pancreatic cancer.
