清天药液由青黛、牛黄、甘草、桔梗、冰片等多味中药组成。临床上具有消炎、解毒的功效。我们在进行清天药液抗呼吸道病毒的实验研究中,发现该药对小白鼠具有抗流感A_3型病毒作用,现报告如下。 材料与方法 一、病毒 流感A_3型病毒(雅防InfvA_(387)—2En)由湖北医科大学附属第一医院儿科研究所提供。病毒先在敏感宿主10—11日龄鸡胚进行尿囊腔、羊膜腔无菌接种,活化增殖病毒,如此反复3次鸡胚传代接种后,
Qingtian liquid is composed of many Chinese herbs such as barley, bezoar, licorice, bellflower and borneol. Clinically has the effect of anti-inflammatory and detoxification. We conducted an experimental study of the Qingtian drug against respiratory viruses and found that the drug had anti-influenza A_3 virus effects on mice. The report is as follows. Materials and Methods I. Viruses Flu A_3 virus (Yafang InfvA_(387)—2En) was provided by the Pediatric Research Institute of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hubei Medical University. The virus was first aseptically inoculated in the allantoic sac and amniotic cavity of susceptible 10- to 11-day-old chicken embryos and activated the proliferative virus. After repeated 3 times of chick embryo passaging, the virus was inoculated.
