The fuzzy intelligent control method is used to track the moving process of the boom and shovel working device of a single bucket hydraulic excavator. Through the intelligent analysis and learning of the microcomputer, trajectory control and teaching and reproduction are realized. It is of great significance to improve the self-control level and work efficiency of a single-bucket hydraulic excavator. The paper mainly discusses the teaching reproduction principle, system composition and system programming.
