At the invitation of our council, a delegation of 6 members of the DPRK Seismological Bureau led by Comrade Li Changyi, director of the Seismological Bureau of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, paid a friendly visit and academic exchange to China from March 8-22, 1989. The main purpose of the delegation’s visit is to sign the third phase (1989-1990) earthquake science and technology exchange and cooperation plan with our bureau.
