Objective: To investigate the effect of different ways of hemostasis during ovariectomy on ovarian female hormone levels. Methods: Ninety patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for benign ovarian cyst in our hospital from December 2013 to January 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the way of hemostasis, the patients were divided into observation group and control group. The patients in observation group were treated by microsurgery The patients in the control group received bipolar coagulation and hemostasis. The levels of hormone in the two groups were compared before operation, one month after operation, three months after operation, and six months after operation. Results: There was no significant difference in hormone levels between the two groups before surgery, one month after surgery and three months after surgery. The level of E2 hormone in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group at 6 months after operation. FSH Hormone levels were significantly lower than the control group, the observation group of patients with LH hormone levels were significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion: Three months after surgery, microscopic stitching and hemostasis have similar damage to ovarian function. After 6 months, microsurgical stitching and hemostasis are more harmful to ovarian function than bipolar coagulation and hemostasis The damage is small.
