随着柴油机强化度的提高,浮动式活塞销轴承因过热而产生的故障屡有所见。为了分析及预防故障,必须计算轴承发热量。本文分析了浮动式活塞销轴承工作状况及摩擦状态,提出了计算柴油机浮动式活塞销轴承发热量的方法。运用该方法可以对浮动式活塞销轴承故障进行分析。
With the improvement of diesel engine’s strength, the failure of floating piston pin bearings due to overheating has often been seen. In order to analyze and prevent faults, bearing heat must be calculated. This paper analyzes the working condition and friction state of floating piston pin bearings and puts forward a method to calculate the heat value of floating piston pin bearing of diesel engine. The method can be used to analyze the failure of floating piston pin bearings.
