在公路建设中,乳化沥青冷再生混合料可作为一种柔性基层或中下面层,要求具有一定的承载能力与抗开裂性能。胶乳具备的粘弹特性,可提高乳化沥青冷再生混合料的抗开裂性能。本文基于Fénix法,研究胶乳掺量对乳化沥青冷再生混合料抗开裂性能影响,结果表明,当胶乳掺量小于3%时,对混合料抗开裂性能影响较小,胶乳掺量在4.5%左右时,抗开裂性能明显增强,建议胶乳掺量在4.5%为宜。
In road construction, emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture can be used as a flexible grassroots or middle and lower layers, requiring a certain bearing capacity and anti-cracking performance. Latex possesses viscoelastic properties that improve the crack resistance of cold recycled asphalt emulsified asphalt mixes. Based on the Fénix method, the effect of latex content on the cracking resistance of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture was studied. The results showed that when the content of latex is less than 3%, the cracking resistance of the mixture is less affected, and the content of latex is about 4.5% When the anti-cracking performance was significantly enhanced, it is recommended latex content of 4.5% is appropriate.
