多年来,中国的水稻播种也逐渐走向机械化时代,四轮驱动水稻插秧机也逐渐被广泛的应用到各省的水稻种植业去了。随着它的广泛应用,其中也凸显出了一些问题。基于此,致力于发现该机器的常见故障总结三点:汽油发动机不工作;汽油发动机旋转无规律;行进中后轮沉没等故障。也分别给这些故障找到了排除的方法,希望这提探索能对我国的农业插秧机技术方面提供一定的研究依据,为我国农业发展尽一份绵薄之力。
Over the years, the sowing of rice in China has also gradually moved to a mechanized era. The four-wheel-drive rice transplanter has also been gradually applied to the rice growing industry in various provinces. With its widespread use, it also highlights some of the issues. Based on this, is committed to discover the common faults of the machine to sum up three points: the gasoline engine does not work; gasoline engine rotation irregular; driving the rear wheel sinking and other failures. We also found the ways to eliminate these faults respectively. We hope this exploration can provide certain research basis for our country’s agricultural rice transplanter technology, and make a modest contribution to the agricultural development in our country.
