1993年9月15日至16日广东省水利水电科研究所科研人员对东莞市某综合楼客房部基础沉降进行断柱顶升纠偏工作获得园满成功。这是继1990年东莞市麻涌镇6层综合楼基础加固纠偏和1992年广州市西华路镇龙坊7层宿舍楼顶升纠偏后第3个一举成功的纠偏工程。该工程客房部(5层)底层面积约750m~2,沉降最大达120cm,比前两项纠偏工程的工作量都大。在科研所陆培炎总工程师指导下,
